Delivery informations

WE DELIVER WHEREVER YOU WANT :
Your parcel can be delivered wherever at work, at your home, at your friends. We deliver at the adress you choose, in France as abroad. For the deliveries outside European Union, eventual taxes and customs dues are in charge of the addressee and will be requested at the moment of the delivery. In that case, the bill goes with the parcel. 

In order to guarantee a service that is both quality controlled and reliable, we send the products sold on our site via La Poste Colissimo, and our larger range of products by a specialized transport service. For deliveries in countries other than France, all our products are sent via Colissimo. 

SHIPPING TARIFS and DELIVERY TIMES : 
The orders placed before 12 AM Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. 

In France, our products are usually delivered within 48 hours and within 4 to 8 days for other countries. Despite every effort made to respect these delivery times they are a general estimation only.

24 H Express Delivery (Additional costs apply) is possible for any purchase made before 12 AM Monday to Friday. Applies only to delivery in Metropolitan France (apart from Corsica).

For Metropolitan France and Monaco : 

Delivered in 48 H (Flat Rate - Economy) : 6.90 €
Delivered in 24 H (Flat Rate – Priority) : according to weight

For countries other than France, delivery is assured world-wide. Tarifs vary according to the destination and the weight of the order. For the shipments except European Union, taxes and possible customs duties are chargeable to the addressee.
To know the exact amount of freight costs, it's very simple : you just have to place items into the shopping basket and to choose a country for delivery. The amount of freight costs appears automatically with no need to create a customer account !
