ENKIDOOEnkidoo reflects Cyril Delage's life.
This decorator, designer and scenographer brought together renowned designers to launch a line of useful yet contemporary objects. He became a master at modelling chestnut and oak wood.

Cyril Delage creates sober decorative items made out of chestnut tree, which combine old-fashioned materials with contemporary design. He sticks to Limousin savoir-faire and uses traditional hoopwood maker techniques to model his wooden creations. He uses steam-bending to soften the wood so that he can give any form to it : spiral, hanger-shaped, etc. The logging and the production activities are both located in Limousin. The wood is provided by coppice forests, it is to say a woodland where trees are knocked down every 3 or 4 years in order to let new shoots emerge. Enkidoo furnitures are assembled using only nails and screws. No glue, varnish nor chemical treatment are applied to the wooden objects.
